everything was fine, including really helpful staff and absolutely perfect location on top of mountain. the property was in the center of the city. beautifully maintained and large rooms with a beautiful view of the mountains, felt like home.

It was spacious with a nice seating area, fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful view of the pines. The hot tub was super relaxing, and the indoor pool was cozy. Loved the quick access to shops and restaurants. Staff was helpful.

This was just a great match for a brief retreat in Ruidoso with value for price. The room had a lovely view of the surrounding forest, made mornings feel special. Make sure to take advantage of the beautiful local drive with custom homes to see.

Families will love this place
The view from our unit was beautiful and not just that we had deer strolling right outside of our balcony like it was some kind of nature documentary it was surreal really and the kids loved it. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen .
Wasn't exactly cheap but for the experience it was acceptable.

The two-bedroom apartment felt roomy and had a fine view of the mountains. The beds were comfortable. I appreciated having a full kitchen. It allowed me to prepare meals conveniently. The indoor pool was a nice feature, though it could use some maintenance. My only major issue was the lack of friendly service. Check-in staff was not cute, which really detracted from my stay. I wish they had offered better assistance and a warmer vibe throughout my visit. Even with these issues, I enjoyed my time here and would consider coming back if the staff improves.
